Fastest Flip Yet
OMG, y'all...our first Fort Worth flip was under contract after only THREE hours of being on the market!! And right smack dab in the middle of a world pandemic?! What?! We could not be more pleased/grateful with the response. This little casa definitely lacked some charm in the beginning, but with a few upgrades, she's grown by leaps and bounds and we couldn't be happier to hand off the keys to the new homeowners :)
